From April to October, our summer menu celebrates seasonal recipes, championing an exceptional ultra-short supply chain: every dish is enhanced by the aromatic herbs and fresh harvests from "Scala Di l'Ortu", our very own organic kitchen garden, passionately cultivated on the hotel's rooftop.
Whether you opt for a convivial dinner served from 7pm to 10pm in our dining room, out on our sunny terrace, or in the absolute comfort of your room via our in-room dining service, right through to waking up to our famous, generous buffet breakfast featuring farmhouse Corsican cheeses, we guarantee a bountiful taste of the local terroir.

From April to October, our cosmopolitan, all-female team dreams up a seasonal Mediterranean menu: featuring Corsican specialities like brocciu lasagne and artisanal charcuterie, alongside chicken tagine and caprese salad. Savour these creations however the mood takes you: seated in our welcoming dining room, al fresco on our leafy terrace, or in the absolute comfort of your room with our room service, available from 7pm to 10pm.

Beyond supplying our kitchens with zero-mile ingredients, our rooftop is a vibrant space for socialising.
